This is an article written by Ekua Hagan about the Psychology of the American Dream. Ekua writes that, "The American Dream is an optimistic, motivating force that propels people to achieve and accomplish things that we might otherwise not strive for. Meaning that some people will break the law, or hurt people for the idea of the American Dream. I also saw a lot of people focusing on the obstacles and why you shouldn't go for the American Dream if you want it and I disagree with that.
