Oligarchy - rule by a select group of individuals.

Tyranny - rule by an individual who had seized power by unconstitutional means.

Alejandro Magno was the most important ruler of ancient greece and the laws were set in place through a process known as legislation, which involved a group of elected officials known as the Assembly.
