After the exercise, I asked them to share with a younger class ( another group who will be going to MS by the next school year) their reflections. All of them shared something inspirational but one caught my attention.  She shared that as a student, she was focused on what she is not good and the distraction of gadgets and what mean girls/ bullies said that she lost confidence in her abilities. She knew she used to be good at many things but she let her challenges eat her up. However, she alsoknows that she can do something with the challenges she is faced with and she knows that she has people to support her. She knows that she can choose what will happen to her life even if she is in a difficult circumstance. Now,she is more than happy to share what she has learned and she knows she can inspire people as she continues to work one improvement one day at a time.
