         <description><![CDATA[<div>The relationship of the ACV with ISO 14040 and 14044, is because this standard is the framework and principles for the creation of the life cycle analysis, are carried out with international standards, which set the guidelines for the elaboration of them.<br><br>The Colombian Technical Standards ISO 14040 and 14044 provide the parameters to be followed in Colombia for the analysis of life cycles, the framework of application, the phases or steps to be followed, the concepts to be taken into account, which gives clear guidelines for meeting an excellent lifecycle analysis design with current regulations.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>As shown in table 4 and figure 1, when compared to the traditional project, based on gas, the project distributed energy system, shows 7% more energy as input, but when analyzing from the life cycle , is found to significantly reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions with 8% and 38%.<br><br></div><div>The Distributed Energy System project has a positive effect, but limited in terms of saving energy and reducing emissions.<br><br></div><div> <br><br></div>]]></description>
