Los encuentros, encabezados por la rectora organizadora Agustina Rodríguez Saá, fueron en la sede provisoria de la UNLC en la ciudad de Merlo, en la Casa del Poeta Agüero. 
En la primera de las reuniones, asistieron el ingeniero agrimensor Guillermo Aguado, los ingenieros agrónomos Claudio Sáenz y Juan Cruz Colazo, la ingeniera y docente de la Universidad Nacional de San Luis María Magdalena Hellmers y la ingeniera en Recursos Hídricos Daniela Girolimetto. 
Por el lado de la UNLC, además de la rectora organizadora Agustina Rodríguez Saá, asistieron Sebastián Lavandeira, Jorge Canta y el equipo de Comunicación.  
En la segunda, asistieron los arquitectos Federico Castagno, Daniel Fassi, David Ray, Nora Rubio, Diego Rolando y Mariano Ambroggio. Por la UNLC, asistió Paulina Calderón. 
Como en los anteriores encuentros, Ana María Casanova ofició de moderadora y la arquitecta Patricia Perkman cumplió el rol de observadora. 
La rectora Agustina Rodríguez Saá anticipó que para las carreras de la UNLC habrá “una fuerte apuesta en los laboratorios” y que la intención es construir “una universidad de excelencia, con un fuerte enfoque práctico en todas sus carreras”.
