         <description><![CDATA[<div>What surprises me(not at all really surprise, more like confuse me) is that other people are interested or surprise by the emperor burning Zeng He's fleet of ships. I have two theories as to why:<br>Theory #1: Most emperors simply want to feel powerful. So they often burn places and/or other objects that other emperors have created. Which is basically&nbsp; them saying "What other emperors have done or say before me does not matter anymore, For I am now the most powerful man in the world"<br>Theory #2: The new emperor could have simply been a pyromaniac. Pyromania means an obsessive desire to set things on fire. So he set the ships on fire because of he's desire.</div>]]></description>
