Finns are very punctual.

They don´t like people being late from appointments.

They like to keep their distance from others and are usually quite private about their daily day life.

Despite the Finns tends to be silent, they have given a friendly image of themself to foreigners or at least this is what I have heard from several people. :) Maybe because it is easier and "more allowed" to have a small talk in English?

Small talk is rather uncommon here in Finland. Finnish people are usually direct, sometimes to the point of being rude.

Finnish values include things like own space, nature and individualism.

Finns are not really for small talk. We warm slowly to conversation whit strangers.
We respect honesty and respect of our own space.
respect of other cultures.
religious differences... praying in the middle of work shift. in kindergarden male muslin don´t respect male nurse.
Father is head of the family. Respect.
Spanish are loud, relax people, speak with hands and are too close. Food and family are important.
more relax about time.
cant speak whit same language. Not respect to women can occur. culture differences.

Finns don't have a small-talk culture with strangers. We tell honestly how we are doing.

Finnish values are equality and justice.
Supporting, plain Finnish
Adult's role is more firmer elsewhere. At school, foreign students have been used to a more disciplined education.

It could be sometimes hard to speak, not knowing every english word.
