         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>My meal is healthy meal when take in small quantities.</p></li><li><p>1 date = 20 calories</p><p>1 tablespoon of butter = 100 calories</p><p>Total = 120 calories</p></li><li><p>The value of this date butter with the calories of white rice, it is almost the same as 1 spoonful of rice.</p></li><li><p>The combination of dates and butter really helps provide the energy needed throughout the fast. However, it should be noted that the intake should also be moderate and not excessive.</p></li><li><p>Ideally, take it in small quantities and prioritize taking a more balanced meal that is complete with sources of carbohydrates, proteins and vegetables and fruits. It can not only provide energy but also meet the needs of other nutrients that the body needs.</p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>Hi, my meal for today is Tauhu Bergedil. Some believe it’s healthy, but others claim it’s not. The fact that Tauhu Bergedil can be both good and unhealthy.</p></li><li><p>One reason why Tauhu Bergedil can be a healthy meal is because of its primary ingredient, which is tofu. Tofu is a great source of plant- based protein and is low in saturated fat, making it a healthier alternative to meat. Another reason is the combination of tofu and potatoes in Tauhu Bergedil. It can make it healthier by boiling the potatoes instead of frying before mashing them. Aside from that, I use an air fryer to prepare Tauhu Bergedil instead of deep frying, which helps to reduce the overall calorie and fat content of the dish. </p></li></ol>]]></description>

That is actually a healthy meal, I guess, because cause i take it in a small and ideal portion based on pyramid food.</p><p><br/></p><p>2. My meals were healthy because they were made of brown rice (carbohydrate) in an accurate portion, the protein from catfish, which is ikan keli masak berlada, which almost contains around 120 calories, and ayam gulai. Meanwhile, bananas are extremely healthy and contain several important nutrients—around 105 calories. Lastly, I take the Solok Lada as an "ulam," which is quite famous in Kelantan. To be honest, I'm in diet mode, so I'm totally aware of my calorie intake during every meal I take in one day. Since seafood is an excellent source of protein, vitamins, and minerals like omega-3 fatty acids, it can be a healthy addition to a balanced diet. On the other hand, some said that depending on how it's made, Shell Out may not be healthy food. Seafood is often healthier when grilled, baked, or steamed rather than fried.          <description><![CDATA[<p>What i had for my lunch today is Chiken Teriyaki with rice and some vegetables. I Thought that was a kind of healthy food but there was not enough for my nutrition because i ate it all without fruit.</p><p><br/></p><p>So the conclusion for my meals is, that was healthy food. Because there was Energy, Carbohydrates, then protein from the chicken and some mineral and vitamins from the vegetables that were in my plate. Actually that was fine but that will be more perfect if i put some fruits on beside it or i eat the fruite before it. So the nutrion that i will get from the maincourse it will be easily digested by mu body. and the portion on my plate also fulfilled my intake that afternoon.</p>]]></description>
