I hope that future curricula could be shared earlier (and placed in the homeroom curriculum folder). We received the Digital Devices lesson on Thursday around break time to be taught on Friday. In my case, I have plenty of time to familiarize myself with the lesson because I won't get to teach this lesson until later (DP retreat). However, I'm assuming that for MYP homeroom teachers, there was not really enough time to 1) familiarize themselves with the lesson plan 2) discuss it with their HR partners and grade-level partners and 3) make whatever minor adjustments were needed. - Ice

Parents are abusing the FAM and H options on Managebac to lie about the reason for their child's absences. FAM should be changed to B for bereavement. Students who are sick should be marked A and it be changed to H after medical documentation is provided.
