Momentum can be somewhat a power to one object for example. You have momentum and if you keep that momentum you get to maintain power and release power once you're ready. Example like boxing if you sway your body. You're starting to have momentum and once you strike your opponent with a punch. all of that momentum power will be transfered to your fist onto the face of the opponent. Thats why alot of boxing matching losers knocked out instantly due to the power of momentum.

Airbags: To stop a person's momentum, it is better to use a SMALL force for a long time. An airbag expands quickly to provide a soft surface that increases the time it takes for a person to come to a stop during a collision. This longer stopping time means less force is applied to the person, which helps prevent deep injuries.

Boxing: A boxer "rolls with the punch" because it extends the time over which the force of the punch is applied to their head or body. By doing this, the boxer absorbs the same amount of impulse (change in momentum) but spreads it out over a longer duration, which reduces the peak force felt by their body and lessens the impact of the force

Baseball: To ensure that the bat stays in contact with the ball for as long as possible. This prolonged contact time allows more impulse to be transferred from the bat to the ball, giving the ball a greater change in momentum and, thus, a higher speed when it leaves the bat.

Impulse, in my own words, is a sudden force or action that causes a reaction or change to occur. It's like when you push an object and it starts to move, or when you hit a ball with a bat and it goes flying. In physics, impulse is the change in momentum over a period of time. It's what makes things move and change, and it's an important concept to understand when studying motion and force. J=Ft unit Ns -Chloe Anne B. Canas/CURIE

Airbag: Its much better to us a small force for a long time cuz this creates a counteracting force that helps slow and reduce the impact of the collision on the impact, In this case, the airbag creates a relatively small force over a long period of time, which is more effective in slowly stopping the momentum of a person, rather than using a large force for a short period of time. This slow deceleration allows for a safer and more controlled impact absorption, minimizing the impact on a object or person. Boxing: This helps to mitigate the force and momentum of the punch, reducing the amount of damage that the boxer receives. Rolling with the punch also allows the boxer to move out of range and counter attack quickly. It requires skill and practice to master the technique and to execute it effectively in a match. Baseball: The batter ensures that their body weight and momentum are transferred fully into the swing, resulting in a more powerful and accurate hit. Additionally, following through can improve the batter's control over the hit, making it more likely to be a productive one.
