Our survey focuses on the well-being of international students, mainly Swinburne University's ELICOS students. For all people, having good person's physical, mental, emotional, and social health factors is necessary for enjoying fulfilling lives. Especially while studying, students are developing and using their minds and bodies to discover and learn new experiences. This is the stage when well-being should be a primary concern.

Foreign students live far from their homes. Well-being, both happiness and life satisfaction described as how you feel about yourself and your life. Unfortunately, lots of people feel dissatisfied in their present life, which may lead to more difficulties for the students than they expected. As a response, we are motivated to interview overseas students enrolled in Swinburne University's ELICOS course about their well-being. We will survey the target audience by conducting a survey that includes demographic information

about the respondents as well as questions about their experience of homesickness after moving to Melbourne, how to care for themselves, and how to deal with health problems.

Respondents may be unfamiliar with the treatment system and communication in Australia. We would like to know how English learners respond to illness and how they can be happy in new circumstances and easily to adapt it.

Further, we expect to learn how they deal with the challenges based on the survey results. For instance, what they do with their well-being and other social life problems, and how they receive help and advice.

The pie chart illustrates statistical details about who international students live with while they study abroad in Melbourne. From the general observation, there are three options for the survey, live alone, with family or with other students. The amount of students selected live with family led the chart with 39%. Opposed that, students who choose live with other students kept the lowest profile, approximately 26%. Ultimately, after the survey we gathered about 25% students prefer to live alone when studying abroad.

However, we found that the pupils who can be adjusted easily to their regular life had the same proportion as students with somewhat difficulty at 40%. Moreover, less than a fifth of those found it extremely challenging to adapt, while just 5% of students hardly adapt. We believe that is because fewer international students have very new circumstances, they can not adapt to this country

According to our surveys and research, we suggested that the foreign students need to promote themselves better via acting the healthy lifestyle that could make them feel comfortable and full of energy in long-term of each day. Firstly, people should avoid the fast food and junk food due to the fact these are kinds of highly-calory food, and this is one of the essential reasons contributed the annoyed feelings in the bedtime. Meanwhile, whatever the technique advice needs to be limited before the midnight. Actually, people often focus on the websites on the internet such as Instagram, Facebook and Telegram. As many people who are the unstable psychologists come to the class or the working place, and this make classmate, teacher, co-workers and bosses thought that they are not respected. Finally, by doing exercises in the early morning, people will find flexible and easy-going to do some things. The influences of exercise like gyms, swimming or body actions are obviously whenever and wherever people also do it easily and the impact on them make their brain and mental staying alert and concentrated on the lessons or the jobs.Generally, students who practice daily should plan many careful strategies with the biological time chart to get better.

After this survey, we realized some things that were quite interesting and completely opposite to what we thought. Currently, international students hardly feel and are not affected by homesickness. According to Tilburg & Vingerhoets , et al(2005), homesickness is defined as a depression-like reaction, feeling nostalgic when leaving home. However, after the survey, what we collected showed that most international students currently studying abroad in Australia just only sometimes feel homesick.

In addition, international students now have many ways to forget homesickness by connecting with more international friends, etc. However, Hendrickson, Rosen & Aune et al. (2011) reported that research has found that students studying abroad tend to make more friends in their home country and surveyed 84 international students about the relationship between friendship networks, social connections , homesickness and the results showed that they were less homesick because they were satisfied with life away from home and connected with more international friends.
