The interview was quite long because his answers are expressive and full of thoughts. You can sense that he really knows what he's doing and an expert in his field. From the strategies, to advices, like that, we learned something. We enjoyed talking to him because as ABM students and some of us aspire to have a business, we could apply his answers at the time we're starting out our own business.

You also need to be extra nice to them, and ask them simplified questions that I know gives them plenty of room to focus, overall it's not hard because the participants are cooperating and nice.

But when I started asking a question, I'm also starting to enjoy it. It also feels that I'm asking to a friend because I feel comfortable. It feels natural because somehow, I can understand their answers because I also have experienced being an online seller. I also love it because it becomes a way to improve my communication skill. We are not yet finished with the interview sessions, but I can share my experience with the first two participants who were interviewed. The part where we schedule our meeting with them is both easy and difficult for me. It's easy because we already know someone who could participate in our study and we can contact them directly. The difficult part is that they all have jobs and are extremely busy. Our schedules do not match, and if we do have time, it must be very short in order for them to have more time to rest before going to work.
During the interview, I was nervous because I was worried that the participant would not hear me properly and would say that I spoke too quickly, but everything worked out in the end. They are very attentive to the questions and provide the best answers, making me gain more insights about our topic. It's a fantastic experience.
