Note:

- Products are available in stock: the seller can click Prepare goods now and pack the order so that the shipping unit can come and pick it up.

- Products need preparation time: the seller can wait until the preparation is complete and then click Prepare order (Preparation time is limited if the specified time is exceeded -> the order can be automatically canceled by Shopee)

Note: During the transportation process, products must be transfered through many different warehouses -> Need to pack products carefully -> Avoid affecting quality, help reduce time and process complete orders pay

Packing orders: sellers should use tape, airbags, shockproof bubble foam and cartons… to fix the product. Limit the situation that the product reaches the customer's hands that are distorted, broken, or not intact. Especially with valuable products or dangerous products such as detergents, preparation solutions, etc.

• Step 2: Choose to send the goods at the post office or the shipping unit to pick up the goods and then click Print delivery note.

• Step 3: Select the printer icon, select the printer and print the delivery note.

• To avoid problems with buyers order, sellers  have to print 2 copies of the shipping label and keep one as proof of delivery and delivery.

• Paste the on the order to ensure that the bill of lading code is clearly displayed.

• It is recommended to print more shipping label or packing slips in case the name of the purchased product is not displayed (e.g. sexual support products, feminine hygiene products...)

• Prepare the order and hand over the order to the carrier within 1 day from the date of confirmation if you choose to self-deliver at the carrier's post office.

- The latest time for requesting support: 24 hours after the second update of the delivery failure status by the transportation unit.

- If the seller's package is damaged by the carrier, please refer to the complaint and compensation provisions in Shopee's transportation policy.

- The system uses penalty points to evaluate the performance of sellers, thereby deciding the level of support from Shopee for all sellers fairly.
