I feel that I have some progress through this lesson in the past few days. Actually, in the first class, I was always hardly getting the teacher’s means, but in the next classes I gradually became more familiar with the class steps and I can understand correctly what the teacher is saying, so I think that was my progress.

At the beginning I also have some questions about how to do the homework, this software is not easy to use for me at first because I never use this kind of software before. But after I use it few more times, I realized that it was not complicated.

There is no big problem temporarily, but I think I need to get more exercise in my speaking and reading. So, I will try to expand my vocabulary and speak English more!

At the beginning, I think performance art is just a dramatical and exaggerated art form, don’t have any practical meaning, but after watching her work, I realized that performance art can be so touching heart.

At the first time in the class when I know him, I think he is crazy because he takes the street as his gallery. At the same times I also think he is so smart because it will be more extensive, faster to spread his art works.

To be a good listener we need to be attentive, it means we should look at the speaker when someone talking, we can’t play our phone or do other things that are not polite. We also need to ask some open-ended questions like what? why? How? But in my experience, I think I am not doing well in this part. So, I need to change my behaviors and make more efforts to be better.

I also learned a lot from that video about seminars. In that seminar, there are lots of people from different countries, some people are native speakers, and some people’s speaking are poor, but all of them are very brave. They are talking about their ideas as if language can’t bring them any problems. I want to become same as them, because I think I am a bit shy in this class. 😱

I think I can’t be shy, but I can control myself. After that, I hope I will be braver, more courageous to express myself, and not afraid of making mistakes.

It is hard for me to describe what I feel, so I will read the posts that classmates write, so I want to try writing something that I really feel. When I finish my Padlet task I feel a sense of achievement and relaxation. But I feel pressure when I write this padlet now.

I believe that I do so much practice about writing padlet, I can finish this homework well, even if there are some problems. Looking back, I think the main important problem is that I have to think it for a long time when I am writing padlet, and even sometimes I can’t think anything out.

In conclusion, writing padlet is not a very hard thing to do if we seriously summarize the course and try our best to feel ourselves. So, in the future I will try my best to do each homework and improve my reading and writing skills.

This class is very useful for me,because I don’t know what messages that I can choose. Yesterday, I checked my website I chose, and I found that one of them is unbelievably. So now I know how to choose the right website. I will compare the requirements one by one according to this picture, make sure that my website is qualified

So these are the differences and similarities between project 1 and project 2 that I chose.

Firstly, I think I am not doing well at the beginning of the project, because when I chose the artist I didn’t read all the artists, I just read three or four artists and then I decided. If I choose another artist, maybe this work would be more easily to finish. Secondly, I am a bit dissatisfied with the second artwork. This video is taking about how to do a good presentation, and it reminded five points. First, prepare the stage, we can switch the screen concisely. Secondly, prime your audience, it can make our presentation more sense of interaction. Thirdly presenter view. Fourthly, be brief, we need to be confident, and it can let us look more convincing and powerful. The last point is using your camera.

So, at the next presentation, firstly, I will try many times to let myself more confident and briefer. Secondly, I will adjust my camera to make me look better. The last but not the least, I should make my presentation more sense of interaction, and use more body language, it will make my presentation more vivid.

So, at the final presentation I will be relax more, make my presentation more emotional, prepare more fully and to memorize more link words and signposting language.

At the beginning of this course, I felt a bit nervous because I thought I was not good at English, especially speaking skills. And also, I didn’t know if classmates were very nice to get along with. But everything that I worried was disappearing when I arrived in class. Everything was great, it out of my expectation because Jamie was cheerful, students in this class were wonderful.

In the first week I found that Amber and Jackey they are very good at speaking I think and I learned a lot of from them like take it easy to speak because I think when they are speaking, they are very relaxed and enjoyable. Obviously, I have many progresses, and I want to pass this exam. 🥹But not everything was going well, firstly I won’t submit the notes on time. secondly, I think I were not doing well in today’s presentation because I was so nervous, so I was forgetting what I need to say at the middle of presentation.

In conclusion, I learned many writing and speaking skill, I believe it will help me to study abroad. And I need to protect more about my presentation and a good mentality to face all kinds of emergencies calmly. The most important thing is that I will submit homework earlier at least one hour, it will let me on time.
