I believe that the driving rate should not go up.
First because teens can get jobs at young ages now and things like that and there parents might not be able to take them.
Teens have places they want to go sometimes and there parents don't want to take them so they need to be able to drive. Eighteen, why would they make us wait until eighteen? Sixteen is long enough to wait to start driving. Driving is a privilege that many drivers enjoy having. Teenagers are no different from any of these other drivers because driving is something that is enjoyed by Everyone. When you are a teen most likely you are given a privilege to drive at the age of 16. I believe if this is something that is giving at that age then the law must had a good reason that at this age some of us is very responsible. I do not think that teens should have to wait until 18 to drive. I believe this because this is one of those things that teens wait for as they are aging. I also think this because not all teens have the same childish mindset as others.
