I have achieved this goal by looking at different companies work and comparing mine to it so that I know what needs to be changed, for example looking at page numbers and certain font sizes, using them in my work.

Today I done work experience working with children from a secondary school to create a YouTube vlog for a competition. I thought today went okay but was hard to work with the group I was it as they didn’t want any help so I went to help a group that did need some help with how to use the iPads. Next time I would try to get more involved with the group to try show them how to do other things with the iPad that could enhance their outcome.

work experience:
when working with the children I worked within a professional way by helping the children if they had any questions, directed them when they didn't know where to go and gave them as much advise as possible when they were creating there youtube video. My attendance and punctuality was perfect, so this helped the team because they could rely on me to be there when they needed my help. The area in which I wish to develop in the future to strengthen my ability to work effectively within the creative media industry is my confidence as I wasn't always heard. The smart target i set myself recently which is to improve my industry standards was used during this work experience as I 
had to act professional in what I was doing.
