         <description><![CDATA[<div>Both of Maya's parents reentered her life abruptly when she temporarily moved to St. Louis.&nbsp; The long car ride that she spent with her dad was the most time she had spent with him in years.&nbsp; When she got to St. Louis, Maya was finally able to put a face to her mother's name.<br><br>The second quote shows that because of the constant inconsistency in her life, Maya wasn't attached to many people or places.</div>]]></description>
