2- No es fa per als professors ja que són ells mateixos els que porten a terme aquest lideratge.
3- No es tenen en compte les accions que facin els professors sinó en les seves interaccions i aportacions.
S'ha de tenir en compte que l'escola és un lloc de gestió únic, és a dir, a part del director també trobem altre personal important, com per exemple: els alumnes, els especialistes...
