my idea for the kid councilers is that at our next meeting we can ask who wants to be a kid counciler who ever says yes will get there name put on "the list". there will be 4 lists. 6th grade girls 6th grade boys 7th girls and 7th grade boys. if mrs. Heston of Mrs. Cunningham gets a student who wants to talk they can give them the choice to talk with a peer instead of one of them and they can choose from the lists who they want to talk to. if the student who came to the councilers office want to talk now or later they can choose witch and we can get the kid counciler from their current class to talk to the student. then the student might feel more secure talking to their peer instead of their counciler
