A bit claustrophobic in my lockdown mobile. Easy to be stressed out with all the virtual demands. Try to make the most of the situation but sometimes fall into moments of frustration at the perceived lack of control. Remind myself to practice gratitude, spot the opportunities, and remember what really matters- living in the present. Found out that reaching out to friends with a kind word makes things feel better. Lots of time to dream in solitude. Who knew that short walks and looking outside the window could be so satisfying! 🤩

by Jens Droege - SeriousWork Lead Trainer DACH
---
Here in Germany where restrictions have been loosened, I'd like to reflect on the time.
I have overcome my personal change curve (yellow plate) and have developed a lot of new ideas (yellow translucent brick). I am happy, that togehter with Sean Blair (yellow head) we have made strong efforts in turning LSP online and that our contacts have intensified during that time using Zoom and Skype (translucent slope) so that he has become a even stronger mentor for me (flag). I am also very happy, that I have met so many different people remotely (beige plate) with colorful skills and backgrounds (heads with bricks).

It’s a difficult one to articulate, as it’s a mix of emotions and feelings. On the one hand I’m having some fantastic conversations with people about #lsp and on the other it’s like life just meanders along, and there is a sameness to it, represented by the tortoise. The four figures at the top represent different parts of me, and each one has a hand on the wheel trying to navigate through whatever life throws at you on a daily basis.

how i felt during the lockdown ....by Stefanie Leiber

I normally experience the world as very colorful and diverse. Suddenly I felt far away from all the things I love. So I stood there on my ramp.

In this isolation I experience everything like in a carousel. It was nice to have Ziet for yourself. To be at home. Hereby experiencing many new things and one or two aha moments ... and sometimes the "black tips" of loneliness.

But still there was a connection (bridges) to those who were far away. which created a whole new kind of connection!
