I am 24 years old. I am from Pasir Gudang, Johor. Before I entered the university, I had a lot of experience working in the industry for 4 years. I have worked before as an operator, quality control, and leader of the department. When I was working in a factory, I found HR at my place of work firing workers without asking, investigating, or giving a warning. So, in the 5th semester, I took the subject Mgt 340 related to Human Resources, and I was excited to know the true scope and ethics of HRM.

• The reason why I need to study HRM is to increase my confidence in myself to interact with various human difficulties when we are in the industry of our respective fields. Learning about this subject is very good to teach us how to control conversation and good behavior with people because people have different views and have their own stances.
• In addition, when we study HRM, we will gain valuable skills! We will gain from our education and employment in HRM, including project management, communication, and problem solving. We can apply these jobs (HR) to any career that we decide to pursue!
• Finally, the reason I need to study HRM is to enable me to understand all stakeholders. Even stakeholder management is related to HR management, where the HR team frequently collaborates with the leadership teams. Additionally, HR considers procedures that can specifically apply from a policy standpoint to third parties, like vendors.
