The technology provides patients access to their own data related to transmission success history, battery longevity, and device information such as implant date and model number. Patients can also track additional data such as symptoms, weight, heart rate, blood pressure, and physical activity (Cleveland Clinic, 2020).

 My harmony strength will benefit me by allowing me to look at multiple perspectives in a situation and build on areas of agreement within the group. Colleagues are typically able to spot the hardworking behaviors of the achiever, and this strength will help generate momentum for others by motivating them to work alongside me. I will ensure the group remains productive and efficient and will always be willing to engage and get my hands dirty with the rest of my team. My consistency strength will build the trust of my organization by showing them I will do what I say I am going to do and behave fairly in my actions.
