Who is the user? Families of the dead and the dead.

Who has the problem? People who can't cope with the emotional setbacks of being a funeral director.

Who will benefit from the robots? People of all ages when they pass on.

Where is the source of the problem? The emotional bonds with every human that the director might have and when seeing them pass on might be very saddening.

Where will be the social robots be? At the funeral company's shop to help assist and dress the dead.

What is the problem that you're fixing? When the funeral director might be very depressed watching people pass on, of all ages and maybe people who don't deserve to die and being mum despite carrying a lot of emotional burden watching how sad everyone is.

What is the use of the social robot? There are more people who increasingly think that death is a negative topic they like to talk about and they do not want to work in the industry. With social robots, we don't have to worry about not having people in that industry and everyone can rest in peace.

Why is a social robot the solution? Because robots don't have emotional connections with their customers and they will not feel emotions and do not have to carry a emotional burden as it is unable to feel.

What: The purpose is to stimulate the mental coordination of the brain as the children think to solve the riddles. However, the main purpose is to entertain the children.

At the school gate of any primary /secondary school.

Why:

According to nst.com, Children are reporting symptoms of anxiety and stress related to school as early as primary school. We firmly believe that this campaign can reduce stress levels of children.

PROBLEM STATEMENT: Kids come to school with anxiety, stress and depressed. So, we are building this social robot to relieve their stress.

Who: Children in the orphanages

What: A comedian that is a child companion.

Where: The play area of the orphanages.

Why: Most children in orphanages do not have friends or family so Mini can tell them jokes and make them laugh.
