Preparation

Warm the milk to right below boiling point (around 44-46 C degrees),
Add around one cup of milk to the yoghurt and stir really well,
Pour the mixture back into the milk,
Pour it into a large bowl or separate jars,
Put the lids on,
Place the jars into the oven (the heat turned off) (or cover the jars with a plastic bag, then wrap it with kitchen towel and place it somewhere warm),
Let them ferment for at least 6 hours,
Open the lid and check on the thickness,
If it's thick enough, place it in the refrigerator without moving it around too much,
It will get to the right consistency the next day
