         <description><![CDATA[<div>It is a Mexican dish that is a soup made of tomato, garlic, onion, and chile de árbol and epazote. It has corn tortilla pieces on it which i guess is a dip thing sort of idea there.  You make it by making your tortilla strips crispy in a pan and then making your soup by pasting down some peppers and then cooking tomato paste, chicken granules, onion, garlic, and cheese into soup. Then just put some tortilla strips on there and go to town. I think this would be pretty good.  Here's a picture have fun.<br><br>-Ryan<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Pozole (hominy) is a traditional Mexican soup/stew. It is made from hominy, with meat and can be seasoned with shredded lettuce, chili peppers, onion,  garlic,  avocado, salsa or limes. To make it, you boil meat, chopped onion, garlic and pepper in a large saucepan in lightly salted water. Let it simmer for 45 minutes. Remove meat and broth and saute the remaining onions and garlic until they appear translucent. Add everything you took out back into the pan and let simmer for about a (covered). Once done simmering, it is ready to serve. </div>]]></description>
