Elements that help build a good school environment

1. Foster respect.
Promote respect among the student community with actions and activities for children to accept that we are all different.

2. Give importance to students and acknowledge their problems.
Recognize that we all live in different situations and be willing to listen and resolve their doubts and concerns.

3. Value each student.
As teachers we must understand that not all students have the same abilities to carry out their tasks, so it is important to value the effort of each student.

4. Educate about emotional intelligence.
Children must learn to recognize their feelings and needs and teachers to understand them, each person is a different world.

5. Coexistence activities.
Within a student community it is essential to develop projects and activities aimed at fostering a good coexistence and promoting respect for difference.

Teams are created to provide knowledge, share information, criteria, and to achieve a common goal, thanks to the tasks carried out by each member. The aim that we get to achieve when working as a team is to unite efforts and skills, maximize these, and reduce the execution time of tasks. The greater the understanding and cohesion between all team members, the better results will be obtained with the implementation of their homework.
