First day at college:

Friendly people
Very welcoming
Made everyone feel comfortable and included

I think what went well was when were playing games and everyone was getting involved and moving.

It was nice meeting new people and they were all so kind. Also i know a few girls here in our course so it made me feel abit more comfortable.

One thing i did struggle with was the public speaking/acting parts of games we done it made me really nervous and it’s not one of my strong qualities so it made me feel abit anxious but i’m willing to give it a go again but not infront of loads of people.

Ryan’s lesson has been really fun, we’ve done loads of moving around and getting to know each other abit more.

At the beginning we done this activity called circle time and we all sat around on chairs and spoke about things/tv shows we’ve watched recently and it was really cool hearing about everyone’s shows they’ve watched and enjoyed.

Now we’re just doing some stuck in the mud getting our bodies moving and pumping, we’ve also just done freeze improv which was really fun for others but i was abit nervous though because that’s not really my thing acting so i didn’t really like it that much but was still fun to watch.

Today we’ve gone over our dance and performed in front of Sophie and the Grease group!

It was so much fun and i really think we have something good happening with our group and we’re all getting so comfortable with each other it’s great! We just need to focus on the acting more i think because we’re all finding it hard to embody our characters as it’s hard from the audience to tell who’s who, so i think we need to focus on that mainly.

Today has been good, just been catching up with work on Wix and getting things done.

We had our HEADSHOTS today was very exciting also nerve racking because i hate taking photos but over all it wasn’t that bad but i did apply my lip liner like 20 times.

Now we’re just doing more catching up and more work so then it’s all up to date😊

The grease group needed help choreographing their routine as the level 3s scrap the dance so i took charge and choreographing them a whole new routine. They have only learnt it today so they all have time to be all at the same time and hopefully they keep learning at home and the level 3s keep it in.

They absolutely loved it and really enjoyed doing it. I really hope I can choreograph them again or even choreograph the rest of the routine as I really enjoyed doing it as well.

They all listened really well and took my advice for the dance, i felt bad as the level 3s weren’t giving them anything to do as they said they copied it from a video and that’s all they’ve done, and I think personally i’ve done a better job as i’ve done if all from scratch and within half an hour. Very proud of myself for taking the lead and helping the other group😊

We done some yoga and moving around and i found out i’m as stiff at rubber and i can’t move at all!!!!!

Im so scared of rolling backwards and it terrifies me of getting stuck.

So i will not be doing or trying that again😊😊

We’ve just been rehearsing and doing theory work most days really, it’s fun rehearsing and getting all ready for our final performance but it can get very stressful at times because some people don’t listen or they can’t be bothered to do anything which can get really frustrating but at the end of the day it’s my grade not there’s so i just need to focus on myself.

I think i’m doing very very well, i’m a dancer in general so i think the dance is my favourite part of the whole performance. It’s been really interesting and a cool experience seeing how everyone works and how they express there self in dance/acting/singing.

Today i’ve done maths, i done really well in it and i think i’ve really improved since last year as i was very immature and didn’t do maths at all and i never used to show up and i’ve changed so much! I’m doing so much better and i’m attending every lesson getting my head down and doing all the work, the girls (Kourtney+Kayla) are really helping me with my confidence and just my work in general.

Now we are just in E&M skills it’s really boring actually we don’t do anything in it, we were going to do a music video or our like project but we can’t do a music video without any music so the music students are all working on that. While there working on that Level 3 and us are just rehearsing for our projects wednesday i’m so nervous and just trying so hard to do the best i can to get the best grade i possibly can!

Me and Jack are working on our christmas duo piece called “Hot chocolate” from the original ‘Polar express’ It’s going well, we have some choreography down but still need to work on it.

Me and jack have improved and added more to our dance. It’s going very well, we are also getting close as friends as we aren’t that close.
