You were to us THE basketball court.
An NBA arena,
outlined by yellow lines. 
Quarters held by no time.

On your fields
our football games held no boundaries.
The woods were our fans in the stands.
The park sign our goal post.  

Our bikes rolled on
for what seemed like forever.
Paths we cleared for us.
Left for the next set of trailblazers to find.

The street lights glistened. 
Stars to your stage, in our imaginations.  
Taking refuge from the rain 
was the only time we hid from you.

Not even the snow set limitations.
Seasons rolled into each other.
Shoveled domes,
sleds that moved off roofs.

Forever you're loved for eternity.
For what is left is memories.

An old playground,
rimless,
yet I still see the faint yellow lines. 

The sign still stands for our goalpost,
the crowd has been quieted,
neglected,
our trails no longer in use.  

Bikes left abandoned.
Where are the trailblazers?
The fun has stopped.

I really like my neighborhood.  For example, in my neighborhood there is a gazebo.  Also, my neighborhood is usually quiet.  Another example is we have a lot of space between our houses and room for a backyard in case you have a dog or some sort of other animal.  Finally, there are a lot of friendly kids to play with in my neighborhood. I have a bunch of friends like Peyton and Preston Gyorkos and Blake and Jake Bristow. We play a lot of games outside like soccer, Minecraft, and Pokémon Go. 
Also, we can walk down to 7-11 to get slurp eyes. 
We live about five minutes away from school.

I really like my home. We live on the edge of Holt near Mason on 7 acres. We have horses all around us at our neighbors home but they won't let us ride them. They also have chickens that they let us feed. They are called free range chickens. I also have a long drive way that I ride on my scooter down it is alot  of fun.
