What season it is now?
The video introduces the new vocabulary (the months of the year) and the ordinal numbers (1st, 2nd and 3rd). 

By the end of the video, the pupils can describe a picture using the following structures:
What season is it?
It's winter. It's cold.
What are the winter months?
December, January, February.
etc.

The teacher uses this video and encourages the pupils to listen initially, then to listen and repeat. In this way the pupils also raise awareness about the way they can work with video recordings in order to begin studying individually other topics, if desired.
