Madagascar-
Madagascar ranks 87th with a score of 61.1 (down 0.6 point) making it moderately free economically. Some concerns for Madagascar are Property Rights, Corruption, and Regulatory Efficiency

Australia-
Australia meets most of the criteria to be labeled as a “free” economy. Business freedom, investment freedom, and freedom of corruption. It's one of the most economically free countries. They have low income tax, and a minimum wage of $14.48 per hour. It ranks third of the most economically free countries in the world. It passed up America to take the number three spot after the passage of Obamacare.
