They think that no matter what, their love will protect them from the party. I think this way of thinking is childish and will end up in them getting arrested by the party. Their spirit can be broken by torture and I believe it will happen later on the book. Saying that, I believe they are right on something, the party can't control their feelings for now. By loving each other they are already rebelling against Big Brother but that's not enough. They should make a plan to find other like them, maybe start with O'Brien. The more people they can get the better, and if possible or even real they should find the Brotherhood, they might have a safe house or some other way to protect each other and try to go against the government.

Pasion (including emotions such as love and hate) is what makes us human. Whatever supresses our passion becomes a god for us and makes us less human; and Yes, this can be harmful for anyone. In Winton´s case for example, placing his emotions before anything is a refuse to accept the government as a god: it counterattacks the government´s efforts to control and hurt him. Evidently, this process might look childish, but it is the best Winston and Julia can do to give their fight some meaning. Yes, this way of acting has led to shaky and dangerous plans. A solution for his plans is to learn from others, find out what they have done wrong and avoid that. The first step to this solution is to talk with O´Brien. This could definetely encourage their faith in such a hopeless world as theirs.
I can´t imagine myself as Winston or pretend his situation is less complex, but if I could advice him, I would say this: ¨Unless you die, keep going.¨

Winston and Julia think that the real betrayal is not the one where the government realizes that they have been rebelling, but it is the one where they turn on each other. They think that if they keep their love towards each other they are not sacrificing too much. Maybe they think that their love will protect them from the government or make them feel safer. I think that they feel like this because they don’t care if the government knows what they have been doing because they both feel satisfied with it and do not regret it. We all know that if both are loving and seeing each other they are already rebelling, but that plan is too childish and not enough to defeat BB. They need a better plan and maybe they should look for help. A good idea might be to start with O’Brien (maybe he has a better plan), he could do the first move and then all of them act together. If they work together, then they would get more people and feel safer and finally try to defeat BB.

The process is childish, because with the emotion you can not change anything. I think it is childish because they know what can happen to them, but they still want to continue with the pan rolling. The real betrayal is that they will stop loving one and other. They don't know how big the risk can be in the future. They will be only base on sentiment, and it is difficult just to base on sentiments, because they are unstable. To do the plan less shaky they can make a meeting with O'Brien, because he can have better plans. I think this can help, because O'Brien can make them attack in group and not individual as the plan is going right now.

I think that this quote is very true. When we love someone or when we feel something for someone or something (but real feelings) we don't care what other people say about that person or thing, we do not let someone's opinion change how we feel. This is how we should think in real life too. This thought they had is not childish at all. I think that what they are feeling is true love because they are willing to be vaporized, killed or tortured by the government in order to keep their feelings to each other untouched. I think that the fact that they know that they can be catchd and tortured or killed and thinking what would they do shows us that they are mature enough to think all thinks that may happen. Sometimes we feel that nobody can get to us, we feel unbeatable and that is when we are vulnerable to be defeated by others. I think that Winston and Julia should find a way of getting together with other people who want to rebel against BB, this would give them more chances. Maybe O'Brien can be a big help to them. What if O'Brien is part of a group of people that want to rebel against the government? The Brotherhood, maybe?

They are sacrificing too much and maybe this will cost the life for them and they won't be able to rebel and get ride of the rules of big brother. What they are doing now is good start but it is too dangerous. However they both discussed about a rebellion and finally, they started rebelling with small actions. In my opinion their relation is a good one, because both are seeking to take down the government. They both know that what government has done is bad. One thing I think they are doing wrong is to take rebellion to far, risking their lives for love. It is ok that they love each other bout not risking their lives. What I think they should do, is to play less shaky, because the government can do something before they decide to finally rebel. Love is good for human health, but to risk your life, I dont think is a good idea, and also they want to take down the government they shall be alive.

I think that they are risking a lot because they have real feelings to each other. Things will be harder for BB and government if they don't say anything about each other. I think that in order for them to make their plan less dangerous they need to find more people that wants to rebel against government to. cause it is easier to defeat a person itself than a group. When talking about what Julia and Winston agreed on I think that that is true also for real life stories. I think that if you feel something for someone there is not a person that can make you change your opinion about him or her. Love is a strong word full of power and if they keep loving each other as hard they will have the power to remain strong and brave.
NO… I don’t think their thought process is childish, I think it’s a proof of their love. I think if it is true love each partner will stay loyal and faithful until the end. Mostly, in Winston and Julia’s situation, since the beginning they both knew that going against the Party could get them killed or torture but they did it anyway. Their love is strong enough to bare the fact that even if they get caught they’ll know they loved and were loved. Of course, there are a lot things that could go wrong. One of them is, what if only Winston gets caught and BB tortures him until he breaks and tells the truth or with Julia. I think Julia, Winston and O’Brien should gather as much help as they can to at least try to escape from BB. I don’t think they can beat BB, they are too strong and the only way is to try to escape. Love will never be accepted by the Party and if their love is strong enough to handle getting killed and torture they can handle a get a way plan.

I think it is stupid for them think this way. A government who kills whoever seems to have just a trace of "Thoughtcrime" will forgive your life from any offense committed against their regimen? I think they will be killed whether they tell the government or not. Sooner or later, their romance will be discovered and they will die. To be honest, I can't think of an easier plan than this. Yes, I think is childish and foolish but if they want to destroy the government, they should do whatever it takes. They should not risk their opportunity to destroy the government to confess their love for each other.
