四月六日、午後一時ごろ、一人でところにばんごはんを食べに行きました。レストランは大きかったです。でも、きれいでしずかでした。ウェイターはしんせつでした。ところのゆうめいなりょうりはすしです。私はエビフライとさしみを食べて水を飲みました。エビフライはおいしくなかったです。でも、さしみはとてもおいしかったです。さけと中とろが大すきです。月曜日から金曜日まで、おさけはやすいです。みなさんもところに行ってください!
The sashimi sereved at Tokoro is amazingly good. Sashimi is a Japanese traditional dish in which seafood (mostly fish) are cut into small piece. It is served with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger. There are many kinds of seafood in sashimi like salmon, squid, shrimp, tuna, mackerel, octopus, yellowtail... etc. Each have different taste and flavor. Sashimi usually the first dish that is served in the meal because it is the finest dish and does not affect other dish's flavor. It is recommended that you should eat white fish with low fat first and then white fish with high fat, then tuna and lastly salmon to fully enjoy the taste of each piece. Usually, a sashimi mix portion of at normal price only have tuna, albacore, salmon, albacore, yellowtail, and mackarel, but here, they even have chuutoro (medium fatty part of tuna). This bring the dish to a next level of goodness and I love it!
