This is my hometown. My passion for helping disabled people enter the labor market began when I was young. I grew up watching disabled women in my village struggle to find work and earn a living. Despite their talents and skills, they faced barriers and discrimination in the job market that prevented them from achieving their full potential. This experience left a deep impression on me and inspired to helping those overcome these challenges and achieve their professional goals. When I scroll on social media usually I see such fantastic drawings by disable people. Disabled people have a lot to offer, but they are often overlooked or excluded from the workforce. This is not only unfair and unjust, but it also represents a loss of talent and potential for our society as a whole.
