A 10-minute paddle from the house, bordering the Tehoro pass in Mataiea, is the motu Tehoro which is a little corner of paradise in the lagoon. It is the ideal place to bask in the sun on its small white sand beach facing the lagoon. It is a very pleasant place to picnic and enjoy the lagoon by snorkeling for example. 

Be careful, store the kayaks well on the sandbank so that they are not carried away by the waves! You would get stuck like Robinson Crusoe!

It's impossible to land there! However, you can fully enjoy the surrounding lagoon; the water is turquoise and it's a real treat to swim in!

Nous n’acceptons pas les enfants qui ne savent pas nager : la piscine ne dispose ni de barrière de protection ni d’escalier. Il n’y a pas non plus de barrière de protection vers le lagon. Risque de noyade ou de blessure si défaut de surveillance.
