·       Some activity may be provided e.g. paper for drawing, board games or an educational programme or film on the whiteboard

·       Children generally remain on own seats unless engaged in a floor activity

·       Teacher leaves classroom door open to facilitate supervising teacher

·       An SNA may be assigned to your class during breaktime depending on the needs of your class

               1^st and 2^nd class: Use the toilets in the PE hall

·       Inside: own classroom toilets

·       Mid-Morning Break: Supervising teachers take their break at 10:45

·       Lunch Break: Supervising teachers take their break at 12:35

·       Teachers on duty must be on yard before pupils

·       A suggested hard copy of long term plans for your class level will be available on the cloud. Please check that these plans are up to date in all subjects and make any changes necessary with regard to change of text books etc.. Any queries to Sheila or Ali

Short Term Plans:

·       A suggested copy of short term plans for your class level is available on the cloud.

·       Your short term (fortnightly) plans should be put on the cloud every second Monday morning in “Scéim Coicíse & Cuntas Míosúil”

Progress Reports (CM):

·       Tick work completed and add professional reflection etc.

·       Monthly on allotted dates

Consent to the use of school related photographic images which include my son/daughter on the school Instagram , or in other school publications or displays. I understand that s/he will not be identified individually.

I have read the Internet Acceptable Use Policy and grant permission for my child to access the Internet. I understand that school internet usage is for educational purposes only and that every reasonable precaution will be taken by the school to provide for online safety. I accept my own responsibility for the education of my child on issues of Internet Responsibility and Safety. I understand that having adhered to all the enclosed precautions the school cannot be held responsible if my child tries to access unsuitable material.

During the school year classes may undertake activities outside the school premises e.g. visiting the church, GAA pitch etc. I consent that my child may do so.
