This can create tension and conflict that kills efficiency.

Determination: Being a determined leader does have challenges. I think sometimes determination can be too much, and can burn out followers if not tempered. I think that sometimes determined leaders can tend to micromanage because they are so focused on a task.

Intelligence: Leaders with this trait can sometimes have a little ego. This can get in the way when dealing with followers if you appear like you are somehow superior to them.
