More time was to spend on the inception phase (as to better understand what was the real need behind this project)

Follow-ups with IT were not as seamless as one could expect (some miscommunication, some delays)

SharePoint:
- has deep limitations
- steep learning curve
- change in strategies mid-way (SP designer -> Nintex)

I feel the project to be like a deep proof of concept, that we could definitely leverage for similar initiative to build (from ground up).
QA - better definition of QA strategy and testing scope
