Most athletes will have spontaneous sprains and strains throughout their body. They are easily treated however, some athletes choose to ignore them and push through the pain making these injuries worse.

Knee injuries are very common in all athletes as they will often tear their ACL, MCL, or meniscus. This is a terrible but common injury that will put the athletes out for almost a year.
