Success to me means that you're achieving something consistently, step by step, even if you don't see immediate results. 

Success can be determined by how great you are with handling your kids tantrums and other forms of expression, success can also be how after years of working for a corporate job, you finally achieve the job of your dreams. Success can vary for everyone depending on their needs, environment, circumstance, aims, and other factors.
