The difference is more evident between lower &amp; upper Sec vs. JC 1 &amp; JC 2. There are differences between the streams as well. Routines have to be differentiated. Co-Ed vs All boys/girls schools might also provide different learning environments. <br><br>Challenge 3.We would need to customise and differentiate our classroom management and teaching approaches. We need to open up the barriers to allow them to speak freely as well. All students deserve to speak free and allow their views to be heard. </div>]]></description>
