After that if the student is still struggling, I could contact the parents to express my concerns and see if we can work more with the student final step would be contacting a specialist in the school to see if the student has an issue that can be address through one of the resource

I have asked them why and what can I do to help change things up. I would make more engaging lessons since I already observe the seniors discouraged from thinking they are not about to graduate. Also I always ask them about the other teachers and why they excel in their class but not in the math class.
