Start out strong and track on how many points you need to pass after every quarter. You need a total of 240 points to pass a full year class and 120 to pass semester classes, this means you need a 60 every quarter. Don’t let something hard stop you from trying it out. Take AP, take Honors, take an academy, the more you do, the better you look for the outside world. Even if you do bad in an AP class, the grade isn’t still weighted and it looks good.
