It's difficult to imagine our HPOM world without you knowing that HPOM is your baby. At the same time, I couldn't be happier for you and your upcoming adventures as well as new memories.

You’ve been the heart and anchor of this transformation from the beginning and no matter which meetings, topics, fire, escalations (you name it!) you were put into - you always maintained your composure, focus, professionalism and grace. You made it look so easy. You never lost sight of the bigger picture while always willing to offer a helping hand to support any of us. Your dedication, deep expertise, and collaborative spirit will be missed.

Now, you’re stepping into your next big adventure — promoted to Senior VP of Baby Operations v2.0 edition! And just like you did with HPOM, I know you'll handle this new chapter with the same brilliance, calm, and heart.

So it is true, isn't it? You are leaving us? Noooo! :-( We share a common summer favorite in the aperol spritz, but to cope with this news, my poison will be "denial".

Sure, sure... I am also happy for you and your family, and impressed at how clever you are to have orchestrated your maternity leave to begin with the summer... I would even go as far as to call this a very smart trimester planning!!

We always say that of people when they leave, but in your case it's true: you are irreplaceable, and I honestly don't know how we will do this without you. So... let's go, wrap it up quickly, and come back to us asap. Deal? If you don't do it for me, do it for Stefan - he doesn't like to have lunch alone!

even if we did not have too much overlap I always admired how you ran the Operating Model show. That was and is no easy undertaking for sure, but you took the challenge and made the best of it!

Family Release 2.0 is about to launch! 🍼🎉
Version 1 has been running in successfully for some time now – with minor bugs (teething, toddler tantrums), but overall stable performance.

Now, an exciting update is ahead. Warning: during the initial phase, expect frequent night-time emergency cases and unpredictable downtimes. 😴

But don’t worry – after those first chaotic weeks (aka the beta phase), the system usually stabilizes. A bit of multitasking here, a dash of improvisation there – and before you know it, everyday life is running (more or less) smoothly again. 🧩
