But life being the greatest party pooper in existence, it went exactly the opposite of 'fine'. At that moment, I learned to bother more about what's to come. I fully dedicated my time to actual important stuff. It felt fulfilling at first, but soon turned into a burden. My desperation for that "perfect" future came back to haunt the present. In exchange of happiness and memories, I became a slave to what supposed to give me joy and success. But it was now all in the past, and honestly, I really need that roller coaster of a experience to come in terms with myself. 
From that, I decided that my advocacy for me, and even anyone who's going through the same; Roy T. Bennett once said, "If you want to be happy, do not dwell in the past, do not worry about the future, focus on living fully in the present." Better live a contented life than a life devoid of happiness.
