I have an amazing collection of books that can be used to introduce or complement content area instruction but I'm not having much luck getting staff to utilize them. I visit classrooms daily for the few that do and encourage others.  I also send announcements on Seesaw and talk about it on the morning announcements.  Do you have any suggestions on getting them to use our resources?
