One thing I am excited to experiment with is to give them a platform to work on their leadership skills. Let them lead the way and see the blue sky they are coming with in the class and in their life ahead.

One thing I am super excited to start in my classroom is an initiative by a student for the students, push the student leaders in pursuing the same and building awareness in community and parents about career planning and awareness

1. My 'aha' moment was just realising the goals I've set with my children and feeling proud of the path we've set :)
2. I used to think hope can be lost from time to time and lately I've been thinking it won't, if you won't lose hope.
3. Continue the monitor system in class and bring more sense of responsibilities in my classroom.

I want all my kids to express their true selves without being afraid and I want them to help each other. I am excited to introduce peer learning where they can encourage and support each other.

(A1.)listenninng to kids and the way they were showing the image of good teacher by sharing their experiences. Motivating kids on a regular basis which will help them to bring then in aligned and more focus on norms and values along with academics.

This Session made me more insightful about student leadership listening to student leaders was my aha moment and these students are really taking the country's future on a brighter side. I am excited to discuss about student leadership with my school team and My PM.

1. my students are loving math now. 2. I used to think things, initiatives should be long last. Then only start them. Now I believe stating those things is more important first. 3. Excited about exploring/ implementing compost project.
