If you feel that you are in need of food parcels, then, in the first instance, please contact Mrs Ainscough or Miss Wood in

confidence and they will help support you in accessing healthy meals to meet the needs of your family.

This is monitored by staff in school and at the end of each half term, pupils who have consistently read will be rewarded for their tremendous effort.

If any parents require support getting logged into 'Boom Reader' can access this each Wednesday morning at the start of the school day.

The Christian value of Trust can be seen in many aspects of school life, both inside and outside the classroom. Here are some examples of where Trust can be found:

In School - Pupils trust their teachers to guide them, provide them with knowledge and help them when they need support. Teachers, in turn, trust their students to put in effort and work hard to succeed.

Peer Relationships - Friends trust each other to be kind, honest and supportive. They trust that their peers will listen to them and keep their confidence when they share personal thoughts or feelings.

I hope you all had a restful and enjoyable Easter break. It is a pleasure to welcome you and your children back to school for the start of the summer term. We are looking forward to an exciting and productive few months ahead, filled with learning, growth and memorable experiences. As always, we deeply value your continued support and partnership in your child’s education and we are committed to making this term a happy, successful one for every pupil.

We are delighted to share that our Ofsted Inspection Report has now been published. We are incredibly proud of our children and the entire school community, whose hard work and dedication have been recognised in the report's findings.

You will find the full report published on Class Dojo and our social media and will be on the Ofsted website from next week. A link will be on our school website under the Ofsted page.

I would also like to inform parents and carers that we have been notified of a SIAMS (Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools) monitoring visit taking place next Friday.

This is a routine part of the school’s ongoing evaluation as a Church school and provides an opportunity to reflect on how well we are living out our Christian vision in all areas of school life. The visit will involve talking with staff, pupils and governors, and observing various aspects of school life.

We look forward to welcoming the SIAMS inspector and sharing the many wonderful things happening in our school community.

We’ve been made aware of a concerning incident reported by a nearby school. Staff at the school intercepted a couple on their premises who did not have permission to be there.

We are sharing this information so that our community can remain alert. Please be extra vigilant during school drop-off and pick-up times, and if your child walks to or from school unaccompanied, we strongly encourage you to have a conversation with them about stranger danger and what to do if they feel unsafe.
