- Extended Leave for Joana Joy : Joana has requested a one-month extension of her absence from work to recuperate from her heart condition. We are awaiting clearance from her cardiologist before she returns to work. Christine Joy Dalisay replaces Joana as the FC for Big East during her absence.

- Increasing Number of Sponsored Students in MIMAROPA and Northwestern Luzon Region: Recommended to hire an additional Program Officer, Mark Daseco, a former OccMin FTW, to manage MIMAROPA and RDSAC. Meanwhile, John Mark will oversee Northwestern Luzon (NWL) and all IPs (IPs) in the rest of Luzon.

- Concerns Regarding Mariel Gian Bualat : Recommendation was made for Kurt Navarra, a former DM worker and PIT, to take over Mariel’s responsibilities. However, this request was declined by GMC’s Executive Director. Need to identify another candidate to replace Mariel for assignments in Mindanao.

TERMINATION AND VOLUNTARY WITHDRAWAL UPDATES

• The Total Number of TR and VW reports is 466, or 4%, out of 10357 sponsored students as of 10 March 2025. The majority of the reason for the Termination Report is stopped shooling/dropping/failing or 1% out of 235 TR reports; it indicates that the sponsored struggling in school. While the majority of the reason of the Voluntary Report is Employment or 0.75% out of 231 VW Reports it indicates that most of the VW sponsored students wanted to help their families.
