The U.S. is one of the most stable countries.<br>    C. Our Constitution has a bill of rights that explicitly state that rights of our citizens making our government superior <br>    D.The US had the military strength capable of policing the rest of the world. <br>3. A. Racism is institutionalized by keeping high paying job opportunities out of predominantly black communities.<br>    B. Racism is encouraged because of the lack of colleges within predominantly black communities<br>    C. Through the coincidentally less educated black communities, stereotypes are created which people believe that black people are less educated in general. <br>    D.  Racism was kept through having black communities kept separate from "whiter" communities by the cost of housing, encouraging racism and less understanding.</div>]]></description>
