Yes and no. We could not check the order form every minutes but once we received the order, we would proceed with the request immediately.

For now, yes, we only use facebook, instagram and whatsapp for communication. As for google form, we only use it for payment.

We will go through what preferences customer sent to our google form, then draft the design and get the approval from the customer.

First, we will make the draft of the design based on customer preference. Then, brainstorm the idea. After that, draft the design and give to customer to get the approval. lastly, we will make the outcome and get another approval for our last outcome product.

Each customer can change the plan maximum 3 times.

Yes, we support refund if the design was not satisfied.
